this information is taken from the project - it can't really be "saved' into
the file...
I'm not saying this is totally correct, just saying why it behaves like this.

you do not select this way?
if such way absolutely not suitable -
I think it possible to fix it - just modify the file and when the user save it - save also
the secondary information with the project.

the info about which console configuration the database releated things shuold fetch data
from is not something that should be in the reveng.xml files so I do not see the purpose
of using comments for this.
About saving to the project then it should be asked first if the default configuration
shuold be changed (if it exists)...but honestly I dont feel this should be saved. Maybe
move it out of the editor or something ?

I think to have default console configuration selected is good. May "Default
Hibernate Console Configuration" name is better than "Console
Configuration" - first one imply that this is just one possible default setting and
that this is the same as Propertis -> Hibernate Settings.
May be the better - add update button and default button - update - means update
"Default Hibernate Console Configuration" and default means - return combobox
value to it's default value.
