I didn't found any *Birt* job either at dev-platform-jenkins nor at wonka nor at Boston jenkins. The Birt github still exists but project seems to be deprecated, thus we can remove it from list I guess. The *Portlet* project also seems to be deprecated. There are only integration tests on dev-platform-jenkins, nothing on wonka. There are a lot of \*portlet\* projects at Bostons jenkins but no one of them seems to be for 4.4.x/4.5.x.
