This is primarily to mirror the way the N&N[1] content is displayed since it is the same content anyway. I do agree that while it may look odd, the idea that the topmost release is the one users probably want to know about makes sense to me. I'm happy to go either way on this, so I'll shift it down for now and we can discuss it further, if needed.
