I have installed that Arquillian version using JBDS CR1-v20150912-1100-B100 which means
that a repository is valid.
You may have had a temporary issue. Could you try again?
What version of Arquillian have you had installed (Help>About JBoss Developer Studio
and click the arquillian icon)?
