Martin Malina commented on TOOLSDOC-498:

True we don't audit our GA for security vulnerabilities but saying we don't audit
for Beta isn't actually inaccurate.
{quote}
When a user reads this information, I think it's pretty easy for them to imply that
JBDS GA is audited. I sure would think that if I didn't know better. Sure,
mathematically speaking it is a true statement, but so would be saying "This beta
release does not allow you to make unicorns" ;)
But overall I don't think it's a big deal and agree that for simplicity it's
probably better to leave the same message here as everywhere else.
So I'm fine with leaving it as it is.

JBDS 8.0.0.Beta2 release notes include this warning:
{quote}
This guide is for the beta release of the product. Beta releases are provided as a
preview of the software and are not supported in production. This beta release is provided
without security support. Red Hat has not audited the product for security
vulnerabilities, and known vulnerabilities may not be resolved in this release. Security
patches will not be provided for vulnerabilities that affect this release. This release
must not be used in a production environment, or any other security-sensitive
environment.
{quote}
It seems this is a generic message that we use in all our products. But it may need some
customization for JBDS.
