There should be. It seems very wrong to me we are putting soatests into a site which contains tests for core which will have things that are directly incompatible with old soatests. I think there are some lack of separation/structure missing here. It sounds like the bot.ext stuff just shuold be on its own site and then composited into coretests and soatests keeping them separate.
