The user is able to accept the T&C by initiating a download of the CDK here: http://developers.redhat.com/products/cdk/download/ If the installer is going to require that the T&C for the CDK be accepted BEFORE it can be run, than we must, at the very least, clearly document this for the users. It would be a better solution of the installer were self-contained by enabling the user to accept the CDK T&C from inside the installer UI.
