btw. one thing to test is that this does not conflict with the runtime detection dialog
when there are searches defined.
{quote}
Runtime detection already uses the getModalDialogShellProvider method.
Usage reporting startup dialog doesn't pop up in front of
JBT/JBDS -> JBT is waiting for confirmation of not visible dialog

Key: JBIDE-11862
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11862
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: usage
Affects Versions: 3.3.0.Beta3
Environment: JBT 3.3.0.Beta3b || JBDS 5.0.0.Beta3b
Fedora 16
java version "1.6.0_24" 64b
Reporter: Radim Hopp
Assignee: Denis Golovin
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 3.3.0.CR1
Attachments: Usage.png, Usage1.png, UsageReport.JBIDE-11862.patch
If some other window (than JBT/JBDS loading screen) is focused during startup, Usage
Reporting dialog is shown behind eclipse IDE.
The IDE isn't grayed (as it's supposed to be), so it seems like eclipse had
succesfully started, but they are not responding to anything.
