Hi [~mmurray], I would like to thank you for your help when fixing this issue. It was
problematic, because there was a problem with data integrity with your account in Jive,
which is the lowest application layer in the terms and conditions acceptance process and
so it was hard to find out what was wrong.
The problem most likely occured during some of the historical Jive upgrades. [~lkrzyzanek]
fixed the accept plugin and so it shall not happen again to other people.

1. In Download Runtimes wizard, on
JBoss.org Terms and Conditions page.
2. Select 'Australia'.
3. Click 'Accept Now'.
