The problem is deeper. Code that creates Seam Artifacts is simle:
it just create mapping template location -> destination location
refresh seam project set after copy is finished
that means somehow eclipse lose resourceChange Events.

Before I have refresh for whole workspace, now I have refresh only for related projects.
but actually that don't help.
and now I know the reason why it happens :) the reason is link to WebContent folder in
test project. All created files showed there :) it looks as Package Explorer issue.

This is truly a bug in eclipse and caused by the "Show Referenced Libraries
Node" featue in package explorer. As soon as that is enabled the packaged explorer
content provider does not any more receive notications of changes for the actual folder
but only as changes/deltas for the library folder.
If we can find some action that will trigger PackagExplorerContentProvider to refresh
things would be good.

The only workaround I've found is to do this on the project:

I didn't look to second case. Just played a little with proposed fix. It dosen't
work for me. I've put SeambaseOperation in SVN and WorkaroundFor207146, so you can
look at it. Register WorkaroundFor207146 by org.eclipse.ui.startup extension point and
use debugger to see how it works.
SeamBaseOperation works only first time for me, then it stops refresh WebContent folder
after creating Seam artifacts.

This doesn't work.
I ran the wizards and created other files too and they never showed up.
I put a breakpoint in the Workaround class and the refresh of the treeviewer never took
place; so it is not tracking resource changes correctly.
