Was the plugin removed from eclipse wtp ? The reason why we have the list of servers individually listed is that in the past wtp server features included semi-broken jboss server adapters - thus we moved to include the server adapters individually instead of the global feature. The intent was that we would just take all the server adapters *minus* jboss servers so things would be pretty much aligned on jboss tools vs jbds.
