Everything work fine until I upgraded Eclipse from Indigo to Juno without much attention. The error will appear immediately if there is JPA project re-created in workspace. I re-stalled Eclipse Indigo, and the error is gone. I guess the JBoss Tools version for Indigo is not compatible for Exclipse Juno.
