Andre Dietisheim resolved JBIDE-10917.

Resolution: Done
Initially the state of the GitClongingSettingsWizardPage was invalid since the application
name was not set. Once the application name was set in the ApplicationConfigurationPage,
the GitCloningSettingsWizardPage was notified of that change and did therefore not update
its state.
I now made the GitCloningSettingsWizardPage listen to changes in the wizard model.
Committed to TRUNK (Beta1)
