In the link http://docs.jboss.org/tools/ , we have 'latest' sub-folder and
'latest-dev' sub-folder.
Is there difference between them?
In 'latest' sub-folder, WS Reference Guide is for workingset module guide.
But in 'latest-dev' sub-folder, WS Reference Guide is for web service module
guide.

Hey Grid, the links for 3.2.0.GA Web Services guide are now fixed.
The 'latest' folder is for the latest stable releases.
The 'latest-dev' is for milestones (though isn't always up to date, but
that's an issue I have to deal with.
This reflects the 'downloads and updates' page for jboss tools:
http://www.jboss.org/tools/download where we have stable and development downloads
available
