For example, "focus", "for", "status", "process" attributes will be processed automalically for all the tags. But some attributes are hardly linked with their tags (i.e., <effect targetId="..." /> or <progressBar/reRenderAfterComplete="..." />) because of their poor existance. (These tags' attributes are used only once). Also there are "converter"-like attribute OpenOns which have a little bit different functionality. OpenOn opens a faces-config and points to according converter for these attributes. These OpenOns are done in most common way and will work for any "converter" or "rowKeyConverter" attribute of any tag.
