"Affects Version" is something that must be detected and should not be editable
IMO. If we don't have it we'll probably never know it, because it's automatic
anonymous report and there is no way to ask a question about it ;) We sure can figure it
out based on log content, but could be not included at all.
In any form we should report at least something that would help us to figure out what
version is affected:
* jboss tools jar versions (not all of them but one by module and it could be added into
description entered by user after wizard is finished).
* a list of SHA's for installed jbosstools modules (it is in manifest file)
* eclipse version (would be good too)
Have "Report Bug" dialog actually report bugs

When Mylyn/Jira connector is installed, the "Report Error" dialog should
provide the possiblity to directly push report as a Jira, just like Mylyn does for
Eclipse.
