Example: 'New Plug-in Project' wizard has checkbox 'Create a Java project'
- project is not capitalized.
Though, this is the other kind of example from WTP: 'New Dynamic Web Project'
wizard has such inputs in the same page:

'Add project to an EAR'
'EAR Project Name:'
I think it is a bad style.

3a. input field names should be capatalized normally. Titles are normally in Eclipse done
with capatilization of the important parts - e.g. New Java Project.
Anyway we got alot of bad styles we need to get fix for 2.1 ;)
