It seems my commit missed the branch cutoff somehow (??) and so didn't make it into the release I thought it did. I've just cherry-picked it over to the 4.4.x branch, so it should be available soon. Hopefully this fixes your issue. Please do not re-open this issue if the problem persists. THis issue is for adding the ability to choose the hypervisor.
