Eclipse Juno introduces a new feature that enables showing an editor in a small dialog
when the Welcome screen is shown.
The feature was disabled by fixing JBDS-1935. See JBIDE-12598.
The fixing JBIDE-1935 has caused JBDS-2338 - JBoss Central appears on top of Welcome
screen
Because of that, I have modified the fix from JBDS-1935 to fix the all mentioned issues.
The complete code is JBossCentralActivator.getJBossCentralEditor(boolean activate)
There are around 30 lines, but most of them have been fixed within JBDS-1935 (JBDS 5.x).

Thanks for the explanation so if I read it right we had a workaround in place pre-Juno for
issues concerning our welcome screen that is no longer necessary/causes issues on Juno and
thus that have been removed and we are back to having a clean welcome screen and when
closed Central will show up behind it on the first startup - correct? if yes, then we can
resolve this.
