The basic implementation is now functional. It covers both usecases:
1) provide env vars for a new application (application wizard)
2) edit env vars for an existing application (explorer context menu: "Edit
Environment Variables..."
I'm still missing the label that shows the number of env vars currently defined in the
wizard, but the rest is pretty much all there.
It needs further testing and polishing though.
