Please check if the action is enabled for Properties editor when Source page is active.
For all our multipage editors action Find/Replace is enabled for Source page and disabled
for ui pages. The same is true for WTP's XML editor.
One more example, in Plug-in Manifest Editor, action Find/Replace is always enabled, but
for ui pages it does nothing.

Max, we can't reproduce it. But if your properties file is empty then Find/Replace is
not enabled and it's ok. Can you reproduce it anyway?
