Hmmm... Not a bad suggestion. So long as the dependencies are there, we should be able to
handle that. But if the new JAX-RS stuff is optional and not installed by default, we may
have issues (i.e. the autoenablement problem you mention).

I strongly suspect that this won't be resolved in the 3.3 timeframe, but I'm
concerned that though all of the JAXRS functionality is related, there are dependencies we
don't want to mix/match...
