Alexey, I was trying to fix the issue by myself, so I have a rough implementation for this
particular case, could this speedup it's implementation?
My current implementation is rather rude, may be there is a better way - but just as a way

Vitali, if we want to fix this issue properly, we should implement support of JSP custom
tags in CSS open-ons. It's not a trivial task and new features for JSP support is not
our priority. Sorry. If you can then provide a patch to fix these issues but it should be
a fix for all the cases which use tagx files. Such a patch would include a patch for KB
builder which loads/scans libs and KB model which should work with tagx files + a patch
for KB Page context factory which should be able to include related tagx files and make
them available for CSS Open ons. It's a pretty complex task.

doh... definitely from my point of view there is a difference between JBIDE-10173 &
JBIDE-10176. Of course these issues almost about the same and I use 1 common test project
for the issues. But easiest way for implementation - imo, separate 1 task in more smaller
peaces. So take a look, JBIDE-10173 - is just about navigation for css files, from my
example:

- this could be not workable example, even on server, i.e. it does not include css styles
correctly in example project, but should be possible to open css file in any case!
If you want somehow track this as a one issue it is possible create a new big issue and
convert JBIDE-10173 & JBIDE-10176 into its subtasks. From my point of view it is not
correctly to resolve the issue.

I agree the task which you describe is rather complex and I have no intention to implement
all these functionality... But it would be nice to have all of it! :) Navigation for tagx
file - is a one more separate task...
I am ready to collaborate to provide a end user callback and viewpoint how to implement
this functionality in a better manner. I'll reopen the issue for clarification of my
questions. I've implement this particular issue fix and it would be waste of time to
throw the patch without sharing. So please, take a look.
JspCustomTagStorageConfig - this class implementation is an open question for me, I do not
know how you prefer to store all these particular tag lib specific settings. From my point
of view it should be somehow configured in the user workable project. What is your
opinion?
