I have been adding NON-TRANSLATABLE comments to the base English properties files, so the conversion process will be able to eliminate any translations for values which aren't meant to be translated. I think Nogami-san mentioned another problem area: very short strings may be mis-translated in some cases. These are probably best picked up by testing the Japanese translations in their proper context (ie runtime). In view of the above, and since I don't want these contributed translations to be stuck in limbo, I have checked them into the source tree, where they can be built into the JBoss Tools plugins.
