Ilya Buziuk commented on JBIDE-18312:
-------------------------------------
[~vpakan], as I said there is a separate jira for date field - JBIDE-17054 +
https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-34974 (javaFx upstream). The sample works with
*empty* date field, cause there is a check in the js code, and '1970-01-01' will
be send by default. Anyways, this date issue has nothing in common with cross-domain ajax.
Frankly, I haven't tested the sample on Fedora, but on Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu it
works fine. Here is the demo video -
http://screencast.com/t/SGTjPaTBrb. I do believe that
the example should work fine also on Fedora, due to the fact that it is *http* issue,
which is not platform specific.
CordovaSim struggles with POST
------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-18312
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-18312
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: browsersim
Reporter: Burr Sutter
Assignee: Ilya Buziuk
Priority: Blocker
Fix For: 4.2.0.CR2
Attachments: hybrid1001.zip, post_error.png
I will attach the project.
The $.ajax post does not fire correctly from inside of CordovaSim - but it does via the
iOS Simulator and from a real Android Device. Nothing in the error message on the
client-side.
