I am not sure if xml parsing would be enough, certainly the output is well formed XML but
the input with its <%@ and <%= is not

I you could integrate jsp2x this with JTidy or TagSoup to make it possible to take "a
mess of JSP" and leave it clean and ready to be integrated with Facelets/JSF, it
would be awesome.
