If users install JBDS 8 from installer they will get updates to 8.1 and would not have
needed both 0.6 and 0.7 on updatessite at any time do they ?
Why do you think we want to drop support for Eclipse Luna R and SR1. Do we have any reason
for that ? That is something we want to test and ensure works for sure.
"put 0.7 into Central (or even into the JBT/JBDS update site, if that's
better?)" - it should be put where it is needed; afaik tern is needed by our base JST
install thus it does not make sense to me to put into central updatesite alone since it
will be needed to ship in both installer and main install. Correct ?
Thus I still only see the relevant fix is to move tern out as done in master allowing us
to still test upgrades from/into eclipse SR0/SR1.
