Solved! It seems to be an Issue of Fedora Eclipse, see also here:

The workaround consist of:
1) Decompress eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.x86_3.4.1.v3449c.jar form
eclipse-SDK-3.4.1
2) Copy "libswt-xulrunner-gtk-3449.so" to "/usr/lib/eclipse"
(default Fedora Eclipse location)
3) In /usr/lib/eclipse/eclipse.ini add -Dswt.library.path=/usr/lib/eclipse
