this is not about a bug, this is about a feature request:

(06:17:28 PM) burr: adietish: it is a feature request, not a bug :-)
(06:17:32 PM) burr: adietish: a usability enhancement
(06:51:22 PM) burr: adietish: from the end-user perspective, is "wrong"?
(06:51:32 PM) burr: adietish: because every file in his project is actually
"new"
(06:51:54 PM) burr: adietish: but that specific problem goes away IF the wizard does the
push automatically - then the 0 changes makes sense
(06:55:45 PM) burr_lunch: adietish: from the user standpoint, every file is new, so there
are many changes that have never been pushed, yet
(06:56:16 PM) burr_lunch: adietish: I guess the message is just poorly written for the
"very first push"

Openshift Wizard should ask "would you like to push your
project"?

Key: JBIDE-13075
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13075
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: openshift
Affects Versions: 4.0.0.Beta2
Reporter: Burr Sutter
Assignee: Burr Sutter
Fix For: 4.1.x
Attachments: 1-local-change.png, no_changes_yes.png
I believe the end-user will rarely remember to perform a git push once he has completed
the OpenShift New Application Wizard - it is totally "not obvious" that is what
is the next step - especially when the end-user is warned away from a push (see
screenshot).
