This only happens if you remove all connections of a certain type.
Ex. you have 1 v2 connection and remove it. Same is true when using v3 connections: remove
all of them and them. The resulting empty list is then NOT persisted.
Explorer: OpenShift connection exists after restart of IDE even it
was removed before restart

After removing a connection (/connections) from OpenShift explorer view and restarting
IDE (or exit IDE and start it again), the removed connection(s) are still presented in
OpenShift explorer view.
