So as I see it now, we're not informing user when he has some EA component installed,
but EA checkbox is uncecked. Is this desired behavior?
I agree with Fred about this solution not being very eye candy :-D
And I as well agree with Max about warning being only in Central (I don't know how
many users has central opened more than once on first startup or only when installing
third party stuff).
Shot in the dark: Would it be possible to put the warning into window title?
Show on main Central page the "Early Access" status

The main Central page (not Software one) should show the "Early Access" status.
It can be one of
* No Early Access component installed, no Early Access enabled (shows nothing)
* No Early Access component installed, Early Access enabled (shows Early Access enabled)
* at least 1 Early Access component installed, Early Access Enabled
* at least 1 Early Access component installed, Early Access not Enabled
