-----------------------------------------------------------
Not a question of quality. It's a question of "why put a single file into a
different repo when it relies on all the rest of the stuff in
~/trunk/build/target-platform(s)/ ?". Not a bad habit. Was put there intentionally to
centralize all development/generation/code surrounding JBT/JBDS target platform work into
a single place. No sense working in two places when it was a single piece of effort.

The jbds.target file should reside in JBDS SVN.
