Nick Boldt commented on JBTIS-62:
---------------------------------
They've been in a plugin for several years now (since JBDS 4:
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/devstudio/branches/devstudio-4.x/product/plug...).
Many of them are duplicated in the SOA-P 5.3.1 runtime, in the samples/quickstarts/ folder
(as I mentioned above).
That said, NONE of the quickstarts in the 5.3.1 samples/quickstarts/ folder can be simply
imported directly into JBDS, despite instructions [1] to the contrary.

I've reported the fact that the instructions are wrong here: TOOLSDOC-308
move/refactor com.jboss.jbds.bpel.examples from Devstudio SVN to
org.jboss.tools.bpel.examples in
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-bpe and include
it in the org.jboss.tools.bpel.feature

Key: JBTIS-62
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBTIS-62
Project: JBoss Tools Integration Stack
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: BPEL
Affects Versions: 4.0.0
Reporter: Nick Boldt
Assignee: Nick Boldt
Fix For: 4.0.0
did some digging into the com.jboss.jbds.bpel.examples plugin and I can't offhand see
anything in there that can't be refactored to org.jboss.tools.bpel.examples.
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/devstudio/trunk/product-soa/plugins/com.jboss...
--> plugin.xml ->
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/examples/project-examples-bpel-3.1.xml ->
--> stuff in
http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/workspace/grid/ (Grid no longer
works for us).
So maybe it would make sense to move this plugin to
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-bpel and rename it, then include it in
org.jboss.tools.bpel.feature ?
Doing so would mean that there would no longer be a difference between BPEL in JBT-IS and
JBDS-IS... which is a good thing.
