Ahh, so that would point more towards an integration problem than an actual issue with the
VM.
How does the "automatic Docker connection" stuff work? It needs to call
_adbinfo_ resp. _service-manager_ as well, no? AFAIU, _adbinfo_ and _service_manager_ only
create the certificates (and restart Docker) once the command are called. This is very
unfortunate imo. The certificates should really be created by the plugin as part of the
provisioning of the VM. This way the Docker daemon is properly setup once the VM started.
Provided this "automatic Docker connection" stuff makes use of the plugins and
uses their output it should work.

Today I tried cdk build 2016-02-19 in JBDS 9.1.0.Beta2:
When I started this from JBDS, it worked, but the Docker connection could not be
established.

To be sure, I also tried the other cdk from
https://github.com/redhat-developer-tooling/openshift-vagrant and that worked. Then I
tried back the official cdk and that didn't work.
I'm pretty sure that this worked for me with the previous build. Not sure what
changed.
