When I downloaded the properties file, edited it remove #s, and reference it in the eclipse.ini: {noformat} -Dorg.jboss.tools.foundation.core.config.properties.url=file:///C:/apps/<path>/ide-config.properties {noformat} I no longer see the error message and the Red Hat Central tab displays entries
