Yura, please look at C:\Documents and
Settings\yzhishko\testWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.tools.common.projecttemplates
after wizard crashed. Please confirm that you may find JSFVersions.xml and
StrutsVersions.xml though not at the required location (maybe folder lib will be
missing).

Denis, could you please look at what can be the problem. It must be related to packing
plugins into jars, but I could not find possible problems in new versions of classes
ProjectTemplatesPlugin and UnzipOperation.

org.jboss.tools.common.projecttemplates_3.1.0.v200910051201N-H154-M4.jar has a

I think I found the problem.
In ProjectTemplatesPlugin the call
unzip.execute(location, "templates");
uses wrong filter. The correct call is
unzip.execute(location, "templates.*");
Yura, please test my fix with the next night build with SVN version of
ProjectTemplatesPlugin 17967.
