If I put it back to <sourceTargetFile>integration-stack-base.target</sourceTargetFile> it cures the issue. ref this comment: Tycho 0.21.0, must resolve aggregate-full.target, not integration-stack-base.target, or build fails due to missing deps; make sure you've run this to update to latest IU versions first.
