There are two problems bound with this issue:
1) When I delete the scope activity which is generated by default be the designer inside
foreach then any activities (scope excluded) added as direct children of foreach will not
be visible in the designer but will be present in the source code.
2) When I do not delete the scope activity but try to add another one like sequence behind
scope then I get an exception which can be seen bellow. As before the activities are both
present in the source code.
EXCEPTION:
An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
EObject does not have an eResource()

Bob, this could be serious. If there's a work around, I recommend that we push it to
3.2.x, which will be out in mid-2011. If not, maybe this can get into CR1?

Fixed. The ForEach will now only accept a Scope if it doesn't already contain one.
ForEach cannot accomodate other activities than the scope activity.
