Moved to JBoss Tools since there isn't any JBDS specific issue here - it is a matter
of the SOA-P runtime bundling something different than what jbpm plugin assumes.
Also marked it as a fix that needs to be available in 3.0.x since this sounds like a
serious bug/regression. Just not sure if it is the tools or SOA-P that needs to change.

It is indeed the SOA-P that needs a change. More in particular the file version.info.xml
in the JBPM_HOME/src/resources/gpd folder the reference to the removed jar file should be
deleted.
