Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Unable to reproduce on a new install. This may have been due to a corrupt setup - when
searching for SEAM in the preference window nothing showed up. I've looked at 3
installations now, and they all worked.
Closing issue.

After installing JBDS4, SEAM is not listed in the list of options in the preference menu.
There is no way to manually setup a SEAM runtime from the preference setup.
