eh? having a dummy test plugin with tons of template code and
thinking there are tests...sounds worse than having to make this work
In fact I hope setting up the necessary stuff to make tests running in Hudson can
encourage those projects to run tests. When I say "dummy" it can be a minimal
basic meaningul test.

I do not agree. Framework have to be tested as any piece of code. Tests are not more
difficult to write that for any other plugin.
