I would be fine with removing the source zip altogether. You're saying that we could just remove the readme file since it's available in csp. But here it's not present: http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/mars/9.1.0.Beta2.html#zips I think it's always good to have instructions inside the archive (if we decide to keep it).
