I successfully deployed the project using Indigo JavaEE RC3, JBT 3.3.0 plugins from trunk,
m2e 1.0.0, m2e-wtp 0.13.0 from master.
Only change I made was comment the maven-aspectj-plugin, since :
* there are no aspectj files in the project
* it's not supported by m2e

Tested on JBDS 4.1.0CR1, m2e 0.12.x, m2e-wtp 0.12.0, JBT maven plugins from the 3.2.x
branch.
The project imports without errors and run on tomcat out of the box.

Closing as I cannot reproduce the deployment issue with both 0.12.x and 0.13.0/1.0.0 m2e
builds, on the 3.2.x and 3.3.x JBT codebases.
The original issue *may* have been fixed upstream, using the most recent maven plugins
