in JspELCompletionProposalComputer in line 54:
return PageContextFactory.createPageContext(getResource(),
PageContextFactory.JSP_PAGE_CONTEXT_TYPE);
XmlELCompletionProposalComputer -> getResource() - return null.
so this a reason of exception...

1) getResource() always returns null if there is no underline resource (for example, if
page that is stored in a jar archive). I need to know what pages cause this situation in
case of not jar'ed pages.
2) If file==null in line 330 of PageContextFactory, then there should be another
NullPointerException (in line 1412 of org.eclipse.ui.ide.IDE.getContentType() method) but
you didn't mention it. Is there a NullPointerException in line 1412 of class
org.eclipse.ui.ide.IDE in your log file? If no, then please specify what version of
eclipse/JBT you're using?

The reason of the issue is that fact that we have no ability to get IFile resource for
jarred or zipped pages. But certainly having a null pointer exception here is a bug.
Now, I turned PageContextFactory to return non-null context for any documents
(independently on IFile resource existance). This caused a number of dependent issues to
be risen like the exception in previous comment.

I've found the reason of this Error message in
org.jboss.tools.jsf.text.ext.hyperlink.JsfJSPTagNameHyperlinkDetector.detectHyperlinks(ITextViewer,
IRegion, boolean) method which doesn't releases the Structured Model after usage. Now
