I am not experiencing this issue on the build. This looks like the problem with different version of oc vs. OS server. E.g. I tried now, that with oc client tools 1.4 it is not possible to debug with server adapter connected to OSE 3.3. It requires oc 1.3. But it is not strictly related only to CDK.
