If we started/kept to encourage and pushing for each individual to enable these jobs and hand edit whatever flags it needs we would eventually end up with some done right, some done wrong, some not changed....a much worse situation to be in. Generating task jira is a nice stop gap but really would be nicer if we could automate this more since it keeps happening (mainly because it is not automated imo).
