Each time when we save some class in css file using CSS class dialog, formatting of this
file are called. If Value for background-image not wrapped into url(value), useless white
spaces will be inserted after "/"element during formating(You can check it by
keying CTRL+F).
Wraping background-image value into url() was added, so whitespaces not inserted more
during formating css file.
