# ASSERT: have as7 RUNNING on a remote server
# EXECUTE: create a server adapter for this remote server
# EXECUTE: start it

A new AS7 is launched on the remote host

The adapter should detect that AS7 is already running and should not launch an new
instance. It should immediately get [Started] without launching an new server instance.

committed a fix which seems to work. Need further testing since it currently works
accessing my machine on behalf of ssh but not with ec2 where I cannot access the as7
management port (connection refused). I strongly believe that this is an issue of
interface binding in as7 (configuration) but I'm not yet completely sure about it.
