In case someone has installed some Early Access components (let's say JBDS-IS) and
then disabled Early Access, then user is in a state where Early Access is disabled whereas
they have an Early Access feature installed. That's the difference we're trying to
hidhlight here, if you think it makes sense to show it to users.
Show on main Central page the "Early Access" status

The main Central page (not Software one) should show the "Early Access" status.
It can be one of
* No Early Access component installed, no Early Access enabled (shows nothing)
* No Early Access component installed, Early Access enabled (shows Early Access enabled)
* at least 1 Early Access component installed, Early Access Enabled
* at least 1 Early Access component installed, Early Access not Enabled
