We can't add repaintListener to xulrunner, so we make repaint on some events(like
mouse move and others). It's possibly will be fixed when we move to xulrunner 1.9.

I found a way how to add scroll event listener to mozilla window and redraw selection
rectangle in IFlasher. JBIDE-1516 fix will be applying only for Mac OS platforms. We will
set "border 2px blue/red" in style attribute. For win and linux platforms we
will be using default selection rectangle of IFlasher interface.
